(Newark, OH) – TrueCore Federal Credit Union is headquartered in Newark, OH just thirty minutes east of Columbus, OH. They currently have four branches in Licking County, Ohio. As TrueCore was opening its newest branch, they needed to also replace some aging ATMs. They took the opportunity to invest in technology that could assist with both tasks; replacing the functionality of the ATMs and assisting in opening a better and smarter branch for their members. The Hyosung terminals being directly integrated into the credit union’s core banking platform allows TrueCore to automate more than 90% of standard teller transactions. This enables a new, universal banking staffing model that meets member needs for advanced transactions and consultations in a thorough, fast and efficient manner. Members are now able to perform nearly all transactions through self-service terminals 24/7 and with personalized support during lobby hours. This new staffing model is extremely flexible with tellers able to easily change branch locations to meet shifting demand.
