Q: How long have you worked at Hyosung? What was your start date?
A: I have worked with Hyosung for 18 months. I started July 2022.
Q: Can you tell us a little more about your background and how you joined the company in 2022?
A: Most of my career has dealt with Administrative Support in the Legal field. I was influenced to come on board by a Hyosung Employee.
Q: What was your first impression of Hyosung?
A: Impressed and Amazed! The CXC tour inspired me to become more knowledgeable in our industry.
Q: Are there any important skills or attributes that are important for someone that wants to pursue a career as a Sales Support Analyst? Is there anything about your job or your team that you think people outside would find surprising or different in the way you/it works?
A: Communication, Time management, Teamwork, Confidence, & Leadership are all important attributes individuals should treat importantly to join the team.
Q: Can you tell us about your role and summarize your day-to-day responsibilities?
A: My role as a Sales Support Analyst requires assisting externally and internally on our company’s major accounts. I have to work with our Sales team, Production team, and Deployment team to fulfill our customers’ requests and installations. I also create and monitor several reports on a weekly basis.
Q: What inspires you every day?
A: Assisting teams throughout our company resolve obstacles so we may fulfill our customer’s needs.
Q: In 5 years what do you want to achieve or where do you see you yourself? This can be a personal goal or a career goal.
A: Keep becoming wiser in our industry to lead a talented team as an employee in a senior position and mentor candidates on fulfilling a career journey, just like my own.
Q: What do you like to do outside of work?
A: Spend time with my family and attend sporting events.
Q: Do you have favorite memory or standout accomplishment you want to talk about? moment during your employment at Hyosung? With your team, customer, or event, etc…
A: This past month, I transferred to the Deployment team; I am now a Project Manager for Bank of America.
