Ms. Christina Moe is the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Hyosung America. Ms. Moe leads the teams responsible for legal affairs, compliance, and privacy.
Prior to joining Hyosung, Christina worked for MoneyGram Payment Systems as Head of Legal for North America. She has more than 25 years of experience, holding legal leadership roles at some of the world’s largest companies, including United Technologies, Sikorsky Aircraft, Visa International, NBC Telemundo, and Televisa, S.A. In addition, she served as District Office Attorney for the United States Small Business Administration.

Christina brings critical expertise to Hyosung in corporate law through her legal specialization in big data analytics as well as through significant industry depth in compliance, transactional law, enterprise risk management, and mergers and acquisitions. She is experienced in international regulatory environments and is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and French. Ms. Moe holds an honors B.A. from Florida International University, where she later taught as an Adjunct Professor of Business Law, and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from St. Thomas University.
